Information for registered vendors

Please check the List of Vendors on the main Plant Fair web site and make sure your business name and website are correct.

EVENT SET-UP

The gate opens to the public at 8:00 AM Saturday, May 10. Vendors are strongly advised to set up Friday to avoid the rush on Saturday morning. Set-up for the event can start on Friday, May 9 from 1:00-5:00 PM. Overnight security is provided by an all-night security guard on site, and the gates are locked. Alternatively, vendors can set up Saturday morning from 6:15-7:30 AM. Parking for Vendors can be accessed from the west side of the fairgrounds off of Walter Street.

SALES

Vendors are independent sellers and are responsible for their own sales. Our master gardener sales increased significantly when we began accepting credit cards. We recommend all vendors be prepared to take credit cards. Basic Wi-Fi is available at the Fairgrounds through PogoZone. A cellular connection via Smart Phone or Hotspot is another good option for credit card sales.

Sales end promptly at 2:00 PM on the day of the fair. We will collect your fees after 2:00 PM that day. Sellers may pay their fees to us with a credit card, check or cash. Credit cards are preferred, if practical for you.
